From there, we will invite you down to the club so that we get to meet you and you get to meet both the leaders and the other members.

If you are happy with the club, we will invite you to fill in a membership form and join us for a trial membership. We understand that some people are nervous at first and are happy to accommodate a gradual introduction to the centre over a period of weeks.

Each session costs £28, with all income going directly into the running of the centre.
